Refund policy

We want you to love your Flockhold door. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the door must be in the same condition you received it, with all parts included, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return Email us at support@flockhold.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping If you're returning the door because you changed your mind or it didn't fit your coop, return shipping is paid by you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, since we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items Please check your order when it arrives. If your door arrives damaged, stops working because of a defect, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any return shipping.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges If you need a replacement for a damaged or defective door, email us and we'll take care of it.

Non-Returnable Situations We can't accept returns on items that are damaged from misuse, improper installation, or modification, or that are missing parts.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider. If you still don't see it, email us at support@flockhold.com.
