Products and Descriptions We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors, sizes and appearance may vary slightly from photos. Please check your coop's measurements against the product details before ordering. We reserve the right to change product details, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.
Pricing and Payment Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or were placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Using Your Flockhold Door Your Flockhold door is a convenience device that opens and closes your coop door automatically. Please install and use it according to the included instructions, and check your coop and flock regularly. Like any device, it can be affected by installation, weather, power, battery level, mechanical wear, or obstructions. We don't guarantee that it will keep out every predator or prevent every loss, and you remain responsible for the care and safety of your animals.
Disclaimer of Warranties Except as stated in our Refund Policy, our products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flockhold won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of animals, property, profits or data, arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a product won't exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flockhold from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.
